Jerome Pitchford, executive director and founder of PIVOT Services,
demonstrates a wealth of knowledge, experience, and practical application in a variety of areas and concentrations.
PIVOT (personalized intervention, varied and on time) works primarily in the areas of workforce development and alternative at risk juvenile academic reconstruction.

With more than 17 years in the corporate arena Jerome’s experience includes marketing services management, production scheduling and tracking, customer service training, staff development, workforce diversity, and quality control systems development.
His experience in the non for profit arena includes construction management (both new and renovation),
and physical plant operations management. He adds to his operations experience an extensive background in social service, culinary arts and hospitality services.
His professional relationships include entities from Manufacturing, Education, Social Service, Food Service, Restaurant Management, Catering,Low Income Housing Renovation & Development, and Construction Services.
Jerome’s incorporation of Phillip Crosby’s absolutes of quality in his life skills training and development programs has nurtured and produced countless success stories and enhanced workforce productivity.
His motto, “Excellence by design, not chance”, has challenged many to greater levels of productivity and excellence.
Jerome has achieved a bachelor’s degree in human services and holds a Master of organizational management and leadership from Springfield College. He has received certification to train in the areas of anger management, cognitive behavior therapy, cultural diversity, staff development, production quality management, food service operations and management, and workforce development.
